Live App Testing (LAT) lets developers distribute Appstore apps to a pre-defined set of testers before going live. The India Appstore team launched Instant LAT — publishing time is down from ~17 minutes to under 2 minutes, an 88% YoY improvement. Now live for all Appstore developers.
